Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowConfig ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlowConfig provides a remote configuration platform for Flutter developers, including a web dashboard, Flutter SDK, and related tools. We allow you to manage runtime configuration, feature flags, and app behavior remotely.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use FlowConfig. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlowConfig to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware or malicious code through SDK configs
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Abuse the free tier to circumvent paid plan limits
- Resell or sublicense access to FlowConfig without permission
- Use the service in a way that harms other users
5. SDK and API Usage
Your Flutter SDK key is public and may be included in your app binary. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your dashboard credentials private
- Revoking SDK keys if you believe they are compromised
- Not using FlowConfig to deliver content that violates laws
6. Plans and Billing
FlowConfig offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency plans.
Free Plan:
Available at no cost, subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend free accounts that abuse the service or exceed limits excessively.
Paid Plans:
Billed monthly or annually via LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
7. Refunds

8. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you create in FlowConfig, including configurations, feature flags, and screen definitions. We claim no ownership over your data.
You grant FlowConfig a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide:
- 99.9% uptime SLA for Agency plan subscribers
- Best-effort availability for Free, Starter, and Pro plans
- Scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
10. Limitation of Liability
FlowConfig is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for issues caused by your use of configurations delivered through FlowConfig
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Fail to pay for a paid plan
- Abuse the service
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowConfig operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
