Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with FlowConfig. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges. No refunds are applicable.
3. Paid Plans — Monthly Billing
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in the current billing period
Exception: If you experience a technical issue caused by FlowConfig that made the service completely unusable for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period. Contact us within 7 days of the incident.
4. Paid Plans — Annual Billing
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal date if:
- You have not exceeded 10,000 SDK requests on the plan
- You contact us at billing@flowconfig.site within 14 days
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to stop future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the annual period.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@flowconfig.site with:
- Your account email address
- Your organization name
- The reason for your refund request
- Your LemonSqueezy order number (found in billing receipts)
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
6. Plan Downgrades
Downgrading your plan is not eligible for a refund of the price difference. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at billing@flowconfig.site before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues quickly and directly.
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted at flowconfig.site/refund.
